more 'rock-dropper' 18 May 2012 in 3rock

I hope that you can access the above link - this 'rock-drop' was particularily cynical - the logs were arranged so that a stipped back pointy part was pointing up the trail - as you can see by the skids in the photo I almost fecked-up (you wouldn't see this until you were on it!)

I actually shouted out loud 'if I catch you I'll f'in kill you' I was enraged - I moved all of these - the photo doesn't really show just how f'ed-up a trap this one was! ! ! (this is one of the 2 main drops before tom's) I was so Pissed-off. be careful out there!

Does'nt look like a bad trap to me,plently of room right and left of the pointy stick!! On the weekly savage spin I often laugh at just how feeble the trail blocks are,just lift the front wheel and keep pedalling,don't even slow us down!!

That little drop is part of the WORC club circuit so some a**hole must have spotted that and built his little pile of sticks.... Obviously this person is doing this early mornings or early during the week when the trails are empty....

Micky - I agree with you but; not everyone's as good as you! I was thinking of kids, horses, goobers.

What kind of ****head goes out and does that?

Seriously is this some sort of protecting the outdoors from evil users like mountain bikers of some such, I just can't see why anyone would do that.

The DMI are currently trying to catch the guy in the act (they want to catch him on video doing the trail blocking), if for any reason you are able to film him at it (it's the same guy - he's not right in the head) then let me know I can pass the footage onto the DMI who in turn will contact Coillte and the Garda.
