ok..theres no more feckin races, can we revive the CLub spin please..actually Alfie has been kicking me to revive the spins properly..you don't have to come out for the whole day..just the first couple of hours ..put away those XC bikes and get on to those big machines.
Now don't be fooled, you still need to put in the miles to be able for these spins..they won't be at race pace and they are not training spins but you will need to be able for them, we will also be running at least 1 road spin a week , either Thursday or Tuesday. Lets have you as we used to say in the Commandos !
