Hi folks..I am going to avail of the FAS Work Placement Programme to get myself a staff member. What I need is somebody out of work for 6 months on the Dole and fancies a job in the Bike Business. I don't pay them , the Government does for 9 months but judging by the way things are going, I will be in a position to offer them a full time job come spring. Obviously I'd prefer to offer somebody a full time job straight away but I haven't the budget for it yet and those of us who have been around a while know how this kind of thing goes down.
So if you or somebody you know wants a start in the bike business have been out of work on the dole for 6 months. Let me know, I can get somebody from FAS but I would sooner take on somebody recommended by a Club member.
I am particularly interested in hiring a female enthusiast because there is a growing market for womens cycling.
It might also suit somebodies college drop out kid but they need an interest in Bikes. Working with Giant you can get serious training in the business and I intend to avail of everything thats going !
