Heres the deal , as you know we are running an NPS on the 23rd June in G-Ride. So we need all hands on deck.
We need a Marshall Wrangler - thats somebody to round up Marshalls for the event , 10 bodies should suffice
We need a timing Team - 2 laptop jockeys - have to be very reliable
We need a clean up crew - thats 4 people who will co ordinate with the Marshall wrangler to help take the tape down.
We need a sign on crew - 4 people
If you are keen then contact me and remember theres only a handful on the Committee but its everybodies responsibility to help out. While EPIC might seem like a petty dictatorship to some , thats bollox. Its a club and a club means we are all in this together and we need to pull together to make this a success.
And just remember that I would not ask anybody to do something I wouldnt do myself. We are all busy and we all have families and jobs etc but without a united effort this wont happen. In previous times its been left to a handful of people to do all the work, those days are over.
