XC NPS Killarney

There's an XC NPS on in Killarney this Sunday - not much of a buzz about it, or is there some weird politics going on? I hope our event generates a lot more enthusiasm.

XC NPS Killarney

I'm in killarney now, and I've been last year, it was a well run event with a super course. Well worth the trip!! Come on folks get racing!!!

I'd know if there was a poltical thing going on and as far as I know there isn't I can't imagine there would be..I think whats wrong is , the Club is not promoting it..the Offroad Commission are not promoting it , they are probably too busy getting organised for it.
I'm not promoting it like I did for Cong because I am not going, I cant take Saturdays off , its my busiest day..I couldnt face driving down Sunday and back again, I couldnt phyiscally sit down for 3 hours.
If you are running an event you have to make a full time job of it..I should know.

Everything is fine, 150 riders signed up so not bad at all.
The NPS machine is rolling now so doesn't need as much promotion as for Cong.
The Numbers for all the Dublin based venues will be big as always, so will the Belfast round!
I'm promoting is as much as I can but I have not enough time for everything, It's feckin 1:00a.m. and I just finished preparing the sign on and gridding sheets!

I told you its too much work for one man and i disagree about the promoting but thats the responsibility of the Organising club. This thing is going to ruin you. If you want help just ask.
