I'm heading to Kindlestown and GOD straight after work on Friday,involves a long way on the road there and back
Leaving Interlock at the end of Clonkeen road at 5.00
I usually arrive at the bottom of the savage singletrack Climb in Glen of the downs about 5.40..depending on the wind. then up to Kindlestown ,a lap of kindlestown , then a lap of GOd back up to kindlestown then home via the road around Kilruddery
Not for the fainthearted but hey meet me at Glen of the downs or Kindlestown..
usually takes me under 3 hours to do the lot..great feckin training
