Thursday epic spin from taylors 645

Spin on, action stations: bring it on, sales pitch tomorrow all about how to have the craic and nail pin ball ect.....

Myself and Shona will be along but might have to leave early...

Thanks kev ' you were missed . Good training spin tonight with a tour of the official trails quick and dirty with lots of climbing just for Shona.
Myself bon jack and mike and shone kept it lit and got out of there fast .... many many thanks folks a great time had by all see you next week for a not to many climbs fun spin .

A great spin the the lads and Shona, being a 'good girl' on the climbs... always good to do different loops and trails.. Roo loves climbing up the Metros...

yeah there was a lot of climbing last night!!! my legs were like lead from the start! the lads were encouraging as always ;-) still good old training spin but I'm ready for some better weather now!!!
