when I say beginners, i mean people who haven't been out with us before. Any recent additions are fine.

1. 2 tubes
2. A decent pump
3. Food
4. a mini tool with a chainbreaker

Busted my gear shifter last night.... biking around in the lead mines on the front gears only was fine, but don't think i'd manage a full day up Djouce!...

So i'll give it a skip and head west side for a sneaky surf session... will be up and running again for the league...

oh yes definitely veeeery good stuff. Like a mtb rollercoaster. I'm already in love with Djouce after one spin!!
