I'm organising a first aid seminar for members
Basically we get all the members in a room and try educate as to what to do in case of an emergency/accident
The content will be tailored to our specific needs the person delivering the course has vast experience as an outdoor expedition EMT
It would be good to get as many members as possible to attend
What kind of stuff would you like to see covered?

I'd like to see what a first aid kit should have as a minimum - I know a few members carry them on spins (including me) but it would be nice to get a refresh on what exactly we should be carrying.
Yes I'm interested. Done the rec3 two year ago. This was a very good course. Things to cover: hypothermia , asthma attack , allergic reaction, contacting emergency services using GPS phone signal and the general injuries that can happen out on the trails.
