Well, what a great event, super tough for the competitors, and well done to everyone from the club who raced, hope you all have the fire now to get racing the league!
Wasn't an easy event to marshal when you are dealing with the general public who have never seen a bike race in there lives, and have no idea how fast the racers are coming through at, we did witness some really brainless moves by people yesterday!
But, yet again we showed how this small club can do big things, so a huge thanks to Terry Beard, Gary K, Ken M, Gareth F, Enduro Steve and his missus Nicola, Carol McA, Dad Richard and Chris C, I know Robin and the lads really appreciated the help.
Really enjoyed watching the race last night, such a good spot for it. Yep some brainless behaviour from the odd spectator, but generally most were just fascinated with the event. Well done to Robin, Alfie and the Worc/ Expert crew.
Now I don't suppose anybody wants to loan me a cx bike till I see if I'm gonna give this a go...I've been threatening to try for a while but not sure I've the lungs for it
