Physio advice

Now I know we have an expert on this in our midst and I'm not looking for free advice, but I do need a recommendation on a decent physio South Side or D2 with experience in old fecked up knees.

Seemingly I have torn the medial meniscus on my knee ....AGAIN...after trying to be enduro ( knew it was too good to last) and the Surgeon who operated last time can't see me for another month, and he did good work so I'd prefer to stick with him. Then I go travelling for work so unlikely I'll get anything done ( if needed) until December.

I need a refresher on the exercises to stabilise the knee and advice on strapping seeing as I have seemingly now developed a sensitivity to KT tape and the like ( over exposure perhaps).

Anyway, the physio I saw last time has left these shores so I need a new one.

Suggestions gladly accepted
Hi Gary, sorry to hear that. Frank or Laura in Miltown Physio are good but there we probably more qualified people in the club to give advice! Cheers, Dave
