Roc 2017

Myself and Tara are planning to head out to the ROC this year. The racing is held between 4 - 8 October.

Flights + bike comes to 180euro wish and then accommodation (airbnb) is good value, e.g. 150euro ish for a house.

dave you must stay in hotel saint aygulf......it's the done thing.....and the breakfast.......oh the breakfast!

Yeah I'd be interested but might need to see work travel schedule closer to the time. How long before do entries fill up?

Hotel looks great (thanks) but can you really enjoy breakfast if you know that you are going to be racing in a few hours?

Oisin had a suss on a mobile home. Ive always stayed in the hotel. Same room for 4 yrs. its about 140 a night for two including breakfast. Its just continental breaky. Have to cook your own eggs, so imo its average. They nearly threw us out for playing babbyfoot one year. Id say you could have more fun in the campsite with a pool etc

Hi All, con someone give advice on what races to enter, it looks like there are plenty to chose from. Thanks.

Thinking of doing this. There were some great tales of a chalet on the beach which the course goes right past, anyone know how to get the hands on that?

Roc Dazur on the Sunday. Masters Roc and/or the Marathon Roc

Roc masters and the Roc itself John. You'll be fresh enough for both. The marathon might push the boat out a bit. I'm considering just going over to do the marathon

Defo do the marathon. Masters is grand but short enough. Marathon is a class loop.
