The EPIC Blast 2009

It will creep up on us.
Some things to bear in mind and start thinking about.
The Car parking. We will need either a good arrangement with Mr Mulligan again and/or a field. The Golf Course car park cost us €500 and we were not helped by ******s using his toilets.
Sponsorship, would be useful.
Diggers will be needed but only good ones. We won't be spending the hours up there this time we did the last time.
I don't want a flood of ideas about this that and the other, but if you have a good idea about anything let me know by PM or email or phone or best of all come on a spin and tell me.
I will not entertain any ideas from people I do not see on their mountainbike.

there will be a Blast recce day on the August Bank Holiday Monday.
I have a few new ideas to avoid the schlomfests..
I'll be talking to Skippy and Vinnie about a new Finish and I'm planning to make better use of the fireroad of Doom.
Extending the track down it an bringing it back out on to the open mountain for a short stretch, the woods in Ballinastoe are just too damp and never dry out.
