CX is fine when it's middle of winter and nothing else to do but when a quality mtb event is on in September it's no brainer, just do it. I'll be there having a pint in the pub like last year, ride Saturday and stay over until Sunday too. Bring it on!

Yea I agree, defo would be good, though to make the most of it I reckon an overnight stay would be best to break up the 6 hour return drive...
