After the success of last year we are running another CX race the year same set up and venue maybe some changes to the course.
We will be putting up details on the forum and social media over the coming days so please share and spread the word.
In addition we will need every Member to help out in what ever way they can and we will be posting looking for Volunteers for the various jobs that will be essential to making this event a success. Please put your name forward as without the support and help of members we will not be able to run this event and other events into the future.
Also I hope to see loads of you all racing and hopefully winning too
When is the publicity happening for this race? I've told some lads about it and they had been planning to head to Cork for Fota race. There is a need to publicise the race so people can get organised if it's going ahead.

This is happening - the delay in getting the publicity going is down to the County Council dragging their feet on a decision to allow us to use the park. Even though we applied the day after the XC nationals it took them until last week to get back to us (despite Terry chasing them). So even though we have the poster, registration system etc. ready we have had to wait until we knew that we had permission.
Once the last of the administration pieces are in place it'll be a case of everyone getting the publicity machine roaring :-)

Adults course last year was great but t the kiddies course was heavy going to them. While obviously the main event is the main thing it would great to get the kids track as good as we can. Must go take a look.
