Cheers folks, this one near killed me to find the issue, it's my own fault for putting off a long long overdue upgrade.
I've put in place some temp measures to help limit the forum going down again, I'll get to the upgrade in the next few weeks but will keep down time to a limit. If anyone is experiencing any issues (tech related) since the form was off line drop me a line.
