Update on leadmines ?

How yiz . Can anyone let me know how the trails and access is looking to boxing ring Cathys and other ... for roo's rip tomorrow night . Weathers looking a bit wet and it's always a good spot for a softer day spin .

Was up there last night. Course is fine.
Few trees down on the furny section from the side of Katie’s down towards the road on the , see photo but all rideable just watch you’re heads.
The loop around Katie’s is lovely.

Yeah Niall cleared some trees on the gully/ quarry so that’s open. Path above the gully run from the bottom of Katy’s is still blocked but we don’t tend to go that way anyway. I think Niall is planning to clear it sometime soon. Boxing ring is fecked.
I cleared the bottom of the old trail down to the right before you start climbing Katys, it’s the one we used to come up quite often ( the ******* climb !), there’s still a couple of trees across the path but you can go around them and ride it to bottom without having to stop now.

Was up there at lunch for a quick spin. So dry and fast, got a few PR’s. as Terry said the run down the oh Sh*t climb and round the back is cleared, go all the way round the back into the road and up Yeah nah, one of the best sections at the moment. Fair play lads for clearing it. We should get a group together and build some new trails up there, loads of options. Who’s up for it?
