Anyone know what happened to Dream Track?

The lower two thirds of dream track seem to have been intentionally made unridable with rocks, stones and gorse branches across the trail. Someone seems to have gone to a lot of effort to close it off, possibly with the use of heavy machinery.
It was always such a nice way to finish a Ticknock spin, would be a shame to see it become derelict.

The owner of the land bulldozed basically. There was to much hassle with walkers and mtbrs during the 1st lockdown. So nobody gets to use it now.

Yup, private land, too much liability. I think most trails on that side will go eventually, locals have been complaining unfortunately, so many walking up there from Fernhill.
Just have to find new secret locations!
