Just seen yesterday that Graham got knocked off his bike by a car. Not exactly sure of the circumstances but a cyclist vs car incident is never going to favour the cyclist, get well soon Graham, hope to see u back out soon as your upto it.
Ah i'm not too bad, could have been a lot worse... Was cycling back from work during the week, 10 mins from home, cycled up the road when a car came flying out from my left and knocked me off the bike, Gards were on the scene in seconds thankfully!

That's $#it Graham. Get fixed soon. It's the year for bumps and bruises. You'll have to get one of those ebikes to help with your recovery. Hopefully we see you out there soon.
There's too many cars on roads, that are too small for some cars which are getting bigger and quieter, and now the traffic levels are getting back to pre-pandemic levels I think the nice roads we had are coming to an end... You have to dress up in so much safety equipement and hope for the best on the roads just to go for your commute or a road spin...
