Cheers to the time keepers and for all the shouts of encouragement from all it defo helped me last night as I was dying a death…..! Someone told me that it's good for me but I’m not sure about that but feck it I'll hack on. Cheers.

Did anyone else see Eamo riding up the switchbacks on a road bike, or was that a hallucination?

No that was real, fair play to the regular attendees..great turnout despite the poor weather.
We will have the league tables updated for next week so you can all see who are the ones to beat.
Roo has to be the the rider most essential to the club league. i caught the skinny one on the longest climb and once i passed him I reminded him I was a lap down, he then gave me all the encouragement I needed..
" go on , you can catch up, you know you can "
and that was with all the savages on my tail on my 2nd lap..what a guy..

Thanks to shane and oz for the timing. Another great race, i'm really enjoying these...only in retrospect though....

I can't figure out how Roo does it with those chicken legs, I have freaky calves like mighty sides of ham and I can't get uphill, what gives?

Great first race for me, really enjoyed it. I even had a nice stitch to keep me company for most of it :)
