RichardL you are a savage (at running) well done to all and thanks again to timers and young shouters like Sophie and her friend!!! Ha I just remembered Sophie asking me for my no. in the beggining of the last tech section and I told her lol!!

That was my first time doing the course, it was savage!!! The course was fantastic but non stop punishment, my body took a pounding.
I took #112 (Daragh O'Rourke) but you can leave it be as I finished last!!
