Well done again Bon on a speedy result,lap times etc. Worst race ever thanks to timers and shouters once again cheers!!

first of all big thanks to Rory,BON, Adam,cathal, Trish,Aimi, Eamo, Adam, Khloie and Sophie for the encouragement..
jesus ..me feckin bike broke me heart..gears jumping all over the place and brakes metal on metal..still great racing with crazy Al at the end ..
fair play folks that was a WWF race tough all over but the craic in the Pub well worth it..

Yeah BIG thanks to all the cheerers-oners and especially to the two girls (Sophie and Chloe) who come up every week and are deadly cheerleaders. I particularly like it when they shout 'beat the boys' 'beat the boys' at all the girls :)

they were also calling Alfie, 'Daisy ' in the pub because of the Cow on his jersey !!

yeah big thanks to the cheerleaders and timers particularly Cathal who kindly lent me a tube, pump and tyre levers when i punctured during the first lap, cheers ! Only 4 left, jaysus that went quickly ....

Thanks guys for the slagging, it really helps.
Took it easy for two laps, witch was nice, opened a can of whop-ass on lap 3, felt good baby. can beleive there's on a few races left. Sniff sniff

20 races yeah you're right 5 left..sorry !! and we're to get a heatwave from next wednesday thats to last until 2020..start burning those virgins !!
