Road spins starting this week on Saturday meeting at the car park at the rear of the Maldron Hotel (the new hotel in Tallaght, opposite the new football stadium and the old Cyclesuper store bike) every Saturday morning at 9:30 to do between 80-100+Km (3 hours +).
Time to get the winter miles in everyone. Myself and Darragh did a reccie spin last Sat, there's a few great loops from this starting point.
Our race bikes are put away in favour of the winter hacks so its all about spinning the legs and getting the mileage in, the pace will be nice n steady.
Another 90k today in deadly weather. Anyone who wants to get a bit of road miles in should get themselves out on these spins. We leave from the same place every Saturday at 9.30.
