Now, some of you may have noticed that it has gone ballistic lately. They will get even faster with the long evenings approaching and the NPS begins.

I've talked to some people who are too strong for the Craic spins and not able to get the training in to cope with the really fast lads.

We are not going to start a middle group.

Somebody from the tailgunners, hopefully Mr Lynch or Mr Rusty will take responsibility for them on the Savage spins.

We start together and finish at the same place, but it will be at a pace that suits.

They will be usually point to point eg Lambers to Curtlestown and back on the road. So you will know where you are going.

But people need to be realistic and slot in to the right group. If you get seperated from the fast lads you wait for the Tailgunners.

I hope this helps people, theres no point in going on spins/ DH sessions and not try to push yourself, thats not the Ethos of EPIC.

You join this Club to improve , get faster, fitter, jump higher and for longer. We don't want passengers.
