Hello All,
Advice; if you are racing next Sunday please get your bottles organised this week, anyone who was at Saturdays coaching session has heard this already - but for those who haven't;
You should have your name clearly written in big letters on your bottle, bags with bottles in them one per lap are the best - as Luke & Richie have said only the most savage of the savage need to drink any less than 1 bottle per lap. if you have gels - use a little blue tak or whatever to make sure that you get it on your bottle if that's what you want.
The pit can carry your spare parts - wheels, tubes, whatever you want & we can help you out in the change out, however at a minimum carry a pump, tool and tube on your person while racing, as explained the cost of not having these is too high. CO2 cannisters are not enough should they fail a pump will be needed.
I'll be doing my best to help you on the days of the race - the more organised you are, the better and quicker that help will be!
See you there & the best of luck - John Harri. If anyone is assisting in the PITs (Sports riders, family, etc.) please let me know & you'll have the job of helping too - thanks.
