Prov start times Rnd 6

I did a little diddling with the start times for riders-

For example, sometimes Byrner likes to stop and film the action
so his lap times are going to be slower on that race.
But, sometimes he'll race the whole lot without any diddling.

He'll get an unfair handicap (to other riders) if his race time is based on his overall average, because that includes his slow camera work laps.

Also it's not ideal to based it upon his fastest ever lap time either as that could have been under ideal conditions with very little traffic etc...

So the answer lies somewhere between the two:

His race time (which determines his handicap) is based on his fastest ever race time, plus half the difference between his Average and Fastest race times

Average race 00:43:49
Half the difference between Fastest and Average race times 00:02:17
Finalised race time 00:41:32

Tomorrow should be interesting, I've sourced a carbon HT to see what it does to my times. If it proves 30 seconds quicker a lap I'm going to buy one, if not I can knock this HT obsession on the head once and for all.
