yeah great racing great crowd..fair play to Team Flow MTB, Dan Sheridan,Gav Carroll and Kev Moran for coming along and I can't believe Greg won !!

Thanks to the timing people ! great sunny evening for a race, even better sitting outside with everyone enjoying a drink in the warmth !

Great evening! I didn't feel like racing today but that changed after the first stretch of fire road... something just goes 'click' in my head and I'm in the racing mode, can't help it!
Still trying to get sub 12:00 lap... will try harder next time.

that was Gerry Mcinerney..he was the one who gave me the idea for Mountainbiking in the first place, why if it wasn't for him we'd all be Cyclocrossing and playing tummy sticks !!

1st time out on my hardtail,and its completely different to the Trance.Will take my arms and legs some time to get used to all the bumps and shocks!!Thanks to all the timers,and great being outside in the beer garden afterwards in the sunny weather.Micky

well there is a issue with my lap times and finishing position but apart from that a great race.

41st but with my PB I am happy a pig in muck. The course was so sweet tonight. Thanks to Jay, Bon and Bruce for the great job. Also thanks to Smithers who harrassed me all though section 3, without which I would not be in the 13's at last! The 'which bike is better suited to the course' debate rages on.

Good craic at the pub, there was a surplus of anecdotes all round.

Looks like that on the overall positions we have a new lider......
The same "guy" that was winning the club league last year! I don´t know what´s his relation with the Robot........ Still not half the way on the league and he is already number one! Congratulation for you Mister number one!!!!! :) :)
