Was interesting watching from the sidelines for a change, looked like some good racing going on, Oz was flying.. Sorry about a couple of mistakes with timing, as Jack said it was hard to hear some of the numbers with Mac the Knife roaring at people going past!!

Yayy! PB (13.43) again on lap 2! Great dice with Miguel one lap 2 played a big part in that, then I blew up and bounced off a few trees. If I ever learn to climb I'll be in the 12's, God I am brutal, Richie has loads of video of it, and no, it's not in slow mo. Next week its carbon HT time, should be interesting. Some slagging in the pub, and great to see Eamo.

That was a deadly night racing but it could have been over early after I rubbed tyres with Carol on me first lap...Jeasus ,if id taken her out id be going with two black eyes!! Getting whammied by Roo Zoolander coming up the climb out of section one on lap two probably hit me for ten seconds...fu.cker put me in the ditch..but i held my breath and didnt do a Lynchy.
The new PB comes after getting some advice from Team Focus last week about the state of my geometry on the bike....Nice one Joe,seemed to work me thinks!! overall from what i can see everyone was pissing around the course tonight and the puncture gremlins were bitting bad and look at Oscar..lots of sneaky training mmmmmm Oz!
Sorry I couldnt hang around after but a big thanks to the timers,savage work as always.

Nice one Don, 13:43! That was same crack with Don, during the race I couldn´t stop thinking if the problem was me (too bad) or you (too good).... I have to improve a lot on the technical stuff.
When I return from holidays and after the Nationals I´m going to kindly ask for a one to one coach training with the Over All Commander, for the technical stuff.
See you all in two weeks! Going to rest my legs on the Portuguese sunshine!!!!
