No more stupid questions

As of 8am this morning, if you jersey says EPIC you are officially banned from asking stupid questions for the whole weekend.
Anyone that has ever told you 'there is no such thing as a stupid question' is an idiot.
Examples of stupid questions are;
- Number of Laps (Sorry Rory)
- Start Times
- Price
- Where do I park my car

We are aiming for 300 riders along with possibly 1000 spectators over the weekend and all EPIC members are expected to be answering all the stupid questions not asking them.

So get involved and get informed. And if you really have to ask a stupid question just please don't ask Richie.

ehh. I'm not being smart here, but I'm a new member, have never raced before & I've a load of questions...

I'll just ask the most important one though I guess. Am I alright wearing my normal MTB gear since I don't have any epic gear?

This is an excellent question and since I'm off work to help organise the weekend I can take time out from the million and one things we have to do to answer this.

Under UCI rules section 12.A.3.4, Riders racing under a club must wear their club approved cycling outfit. Riders signed on under a club are not approved to ride under a sponsors name unless their license was issued under both the club and sponsor. Riders racing under a club who do not have approved club gear are requested to ride butt naked.

what can i say..today i have idiots from other clubs asking me for permission to access the forum and who haven't registered to join the forum, sure Richie will do it for me.. !

If you do have a question ask me and i'll try to help ,club Secretary. i'll be around on Saturday and Sunday before the race. Richie and Luke and others have more important things to deal with to make the event deadly..
