there will be puncture issues for me this week!!! and I predict several dozen PBs with the dustiness the way it is..

I need to shave 10 seconds off my PB, 13.15 is my goal, what magic powerfood/drugs/preparation do people recommend? Any other sneaky tips? Other than "go faster"?

The night before I got my personnal best time I got into my local around 10.45pm,had 6 pints and wobbled out the door at 1.15am.Not that I think its the correct way to get into shape the night before the clubrace,but it worked for me!!And no,I won't be doing the same again tonight!!!LOL
