2nd last race of the season! Probably the best conditions to date and more than likely the last chance for some really fast laps. The dust clouds as you came up behind a group of riders was mental. Enjoyed that race a lot.

yes indeed ..that was a savage race..feckin Mulveys were like rabbits multiplying by masterbation or something..and as for the two Ubergoobers Harri and Lynchy , all they were short of was linking arms to stop me passing !!

Looking at the results I see I did 4 laps and got a DNF for my efforts. ??? taking my time for the first 3 laps 57:29 would put me in 14th. place which would seem about right from what I remember...definitly do not remember doing a fourth lap in 2:02 !!!!
Yeah, I'm happy with that time. I've never tried to pull the 'quick lap' before, I was always going 100% from the start to finish. Today I took 1st lap handy and went for it on the 2nd.
Struggled a bit with almost flat rear tyre which I then had to pump up on lap 3. Very wobbly on the corners but today was the only chance to beat my best time (can't make next week) so I just ignored it!

No really it is, they got hooked up in the saddle and a swear my arse was hanging out at one point, anyway, they are only liners, I'll get some bib shorts soon. Then there was that big fly that flew into my eye on lap one and stayed there for the whole race, I couldn't see a thing by the end of it.
I'm bringing the Trance next week, I'm sick of getting battered by that German yoke every week, now I know how Poland felt.
