Folks..once again we're stuck for Spin leaders for 2011.
We prefer spin leaders to have a REC 2 or 3 Cert but we can provide that.
Now it doesn't have to be formal spins, it can be a simple case of saying you'll be at a certain place at a certain time each week.
At present only me and Smithers/Richardl are running spins with Skip running the Thursday road spins and Morty running the Saturday road spins
My spins are for Elite XC riders, when I say Elite I mean Committed Cross Country riders who are turning up every week or are training on their own time, thats Adamski, John Doris,Beth, John O Reilly and Eoin Keith.
If I don't see you at least once a month then you're not on my spins.
Colm has moved up , leaving the Saturdays empty.
Hopefully I will be able to return to Saturdays in the new year but that will be only for the Ladies and Junior riders wanting to Race XC.
So a leader/s is need to take up Colms job or support him if he decides to keep going but if you take that job on you will have free rein to recruit new members.
Lads/ladies the simple truth is not everybody will be able for my Sunday spins.
Somebody else can run Sunday spins for the less focused on Racing.
All you have to be is committed and confident.
