EPIC Spins

Now if you can read this you are
A. A member of EPIC, EPICdh,EPICbmx
B. A member of Team Worc, MAD,IMBRC, Focusmtb or assorted Cycling Ireland Clubs.
if you are not a member of Cycling Ireland with a Club you will lose the privelige of riding on our spins or in the Club League.

We all have to do it as members of CI , so do you if you want on our spins. In 2011 there will be no exceptions, even for personal friends of mine.

the last 3 Sunday spins have been excellent. they really have.
I've gone to great lengths to design spins that I like and that everybody will enjoy.
And it appears to be working.
We managed 28 today with minimal interruption and I think everybody had a blast and enjoyed themselves.
Plus you are getting the training in you need. its a common training factor in Racing that you train for twice your racing distance.
hence my 3 hour spins.
We're not stopping much at all and everybody is flying,
We have such a deadly crew at the moment, remember I've been involved in a sh1t load of Clubs since the beginning of the Sport.
This Club has always been the best one. But at the moment its never been better.People from other Clubs love our spins which is always a good sign !
To those of you eejits who've been missing..get your finger out !! you're missing a Golden Age !

they seem to be working all right. I for one am feeling stronger each week and the pack is not as stretched out. 28 out today and not waiting more than a minute or two.
