2022 Club League Thanks

Just want to say a huge thanks to all the organisers of the club league this year, from those who got the license sorted for the leadmines to the new shiny race plates, but a particular thanks to Ronan for the timing system and organising the start times and results each week. 16 rounds of the club league is 4 months of hard work for the organisers so thanks a million for another great year. Roll on the final results tally!

Really nice to see such a positive post Sarah, fairplay to you. Definitely a good bit of paperwork for the lads to get it all moving and your spot on giving Ronan kudos on all his hard work as he really did keep the show on the road and not only did he give up his time every week to make sure everything was sorted he also created a brilliant alternative to the laptop with his phone app and mini keyboard set up which is simple to use for even the non tech heads of the club. I think I only done two races myself but was probably up for six doing numbers, starting or even just supporting and I still loved being up hanging out with everyone. Hopefully next year will be better again.

Ronan is on his hols so I am sure he will be number crunching the resuots as soon as he get a minute when he is home.

Well that's a wrap. Well done to Ronan , Gary and Dave.. and committee. The weather certainly was on our side this year. Well done all involved. Very enjoyable league...not sure about the pain!

I really enjoyed the league this year and made a commitment to race as many rounds as I could and I enjoyed every week. Really close, competitive racing all summer and more importantly, just great fun!

we picked up a few new members too through the races which is great to see . And finally a big shout out to the youths who took part and raced showing great spirit and showing up a few oul fellas too .

Many thanks to all involved, I know that they sacrificed their own racing to ensure that things went well for everyone else. The timing system is very cool. I was at more rounds this year than I've been to in a long time and was amazed that I didn't see one wet round. It's been so different without having to contend with slippery mud, but great. The social aspect was great also with some food and drinks at the Golden Ball. This is as much part of the league as the racing. Darragh loved it also.

Yes massive thanks to the Committe and everyone involved every week to make the Epic league happen, its the highlight of the week! I thoroughly enjoyed it all, great to meet a few new members and to have the craic afterwards for a pint and grub. Big shout out to Ronan for all his efforts, star man, thanks a mill.
