Out to Delgany and back..leaving at 6.00 with Carol. I suggest somebody else leave at 6.30 with the hardmen
N11 out to Bray, Kilmacanogue ,Glen Of the downs, Delgany, Greystones and back over Winegates, Southern Cross and back to Foxrock.
54k or thereabouts..handy pace.
Before you ask..6.00 start suits Carol but we'll be going from there every Thursday at that time.

I have a re-chargeable commuter light in the For Sale section, its brand new and working perfectly.
Free to any regular on these road spins.

grand...it will work great if people meet staggered and catch up..it was very demoralising for herself getting caught and passed early on.
