2 hours of power with me and Carol, I expect to see all the ladies, young Max and anybody else serious about their riding.

so just me and Carol then ? This is not a training spin but it won't be a holding your hand love and peace one either..
Nobody does a tour of Djouce like me !! Miss this and miss multiple Orghasms !!

I will be there. Quite looking forward to it. Havnt been to Djouce in ages.

Hope to be fit for this after this morning's "incident" on my road bike.
The last time I was around Djouce with Richie last April was one of the best spins I've ever had.

Im going to try this one prob wont be abil to keep up but we will see......

great spin..big group.Absolutely loads of trails covered. Nearly non stop..nearly no dabs. I was impressed.

I have to say, our girls are going great..pity only the WAGs of the President and Chairman were out but we met up with Silvia, Orla Power, Trish and a few others minding Henry on BC. Great stuff..loads of goobers sneaking around looking for trails as well.

At that point some of us were green with foam on the gills coming up that hill!

Great spin, amazing weather, pace was sub-insane but more than hard. I'm fit for a snooze. (think I'll drink some wine instead)
