Thursday 20th night Spins

Jeebus ..i;m wrecked...i went up the old 3 rock mountain at 5.30 with Carol, and after doing a savage loop..I went back up with Damo , Luke, Oisin, Cait and Alan..
Well I had a pain in my stomach by the time we got up to 3 rock for my second lap.
My legs were hanging but no mercy was handed out only abuse.
I absolutely hate night riding, even with the fancy lights i can't see a bleeding thing half the time..
but, i always have the craic with the people who turn up. The slagging is always great and the pace is always good.
I'm just going to lie down now..
How Damo can go so fast up hill on his 6" bike is a mystery..
and wheres everybody else..?
Thank God for MAD...otherwise we'd have nobody to cycle with !!

Go back to wearing your glasses for night riding, when they fog up it'll be more than half the time you can't see a thing! Good oul' spin though, it's great craic when you can keep up and I think I made a reasonable fist of that this evening. Great crew, great slagging. Savage quick descent back to the road. I'm coming to the opinion that Three Rock is at its best in the dark.
