Out to Bray and back over Killiney for a few laps..I can't face that slog out to Delgany with the Traffic.

me and Carol so far folks..I'm of a mind to abandon the road altogether till XMas and start doing some Urban MTB riding around Killiney and Dalkey over the winter on Thursdays..It will be hard enough to keep motivated till then..but some gnarly stuff might keep us all smiling.
I don't like the traffic out and back from Delgany and to be honest..training this side of 2012 just wrecks my head..

that was an excellent 44k with Carol and Orla..nice one ladies !! out to Bray 3 laps of killiney then back out to Bray and finish at Foxrock..great workout !
Think erica might join you next week if that's cula bula
