Thursday 3rd November Palmers for 6.30

I will be taking a night spin each week for November from Palmers at 6.30
Aimed specifically at the Ladies but lads are also welcome, it will be a training session so it will be non stop.
If the ladies from EPICdh would like to join us they are more than welcome. Or the ladies from MAD or IMBRC.
We will be back at Palmers for 8.00

that was an excellent spin..nice one ladies..very wet, relatively non stop sort of a spin..Caroline and Orla are the new Damo and Alfie !! wow..unstoppable next year..you can't most of the trails with the bleedin leaves !!
