that was another fantastic spin..me,Carol,Caroline, Shona,Orla,Erica and guest ladies, Jack,Richard and Smithers..I'm telling you now that all those ladies are going to humilitate you men next year..great craic..loads of giggles,Caroline fell on her arse but I think she was ok ..
well done people, amazing spin and a huge thanks to Richard for being tailgunner for me..
amazing spin , its such a buzz to see the girls improving so much !

Dido Richie, them young ones are flying, the noise and giggles through RR was class I thought we were being chased by a flock of seagulls!!! Deadly craic I have to say I think I will be on a few more of these during the winter, PS girlies you are well able for my Tuesday spin.

Well that was a whole lot of fun. Myself and Caroline competing for funniest fall. I think someone removed my cycling ability. It was just silly coming down the mucky fergals trail. Its great to have such a strong core group of ladies that are out regularly. And the lads are great to keep us all together. Now Carolines fall on the road, that wasn't funny. She'll be walking funny tomorrow.

Iv'e crashed alot in my life, but I tell you hitting the road on my road bike last year hurt like hell. Hope your bottom gets well soon:)

that was one of the most fun spins i've had in AGES, fair play to Erica she's flying these days. the schlomp, the mist, the laugh that was an old school epic night spin.
