Most of us will be hung over on Saturday but the ever saintly Carol will not be so we're heading out on a slightly delayed Saturday spin.

11 in palmers for an old school craic spin are the leadmines!

remember the time we had a beginner spin the morning after the agm. i dont think we got any new members from that spin !!

that was a fun little spin, fun crowd too. Marlena, Max, Carol, Steve, Flan and Victor Lucas made a guest appearance. I'm not going to mention the short appearance of a certain lady who is known for her stripy arm warmers.... I think Victor and I were the only hungover riders today
