It's warm and comfy down here and I'm not as stressed about body image. I think it's a positive move for me.

Once upon a time only the strongest and bravest were allowed on to the Committee..but with the recession and all people are weaker and scared so needs must !!

That was a deadly spin, great crowd out however we lost a few pretty quickly...terry and simon succumbed to mechanicals and Ian had forgotten what an epic spin is like
After the coilte trails we hit the pog trails, which despite a bit of rain are stilling riding great, after that onto jackson's trail which is really sweet, well done Jackson you've done a lot of work up there and u deserve a big medal:-)
Great fun today too, the pace wasn't eye bleeding but it wasn't a walk in the park, especially with Marlena and Max pushing the pace up the fire roads.... if those two are the future of mtn biking we're very lucky.

yeup cracking little spin no waiting around...everywhere riding well...jackoz northsore still very suspect..it anit a good sign when the designer cant ride his own master piece but the rest was great some good work done...i even managed to get the elbows into to luke on the last passing point just a deadly spin...cheers Shona and crew...
