Sunday 18th 10am Djouce lwr car pk

As the title says, s3/4 and whoever is good enough you know who you are.

Steady non-stop 2/3 hours taking in all Djouce has to offer. Me at the front RL taking it up the rear......sorry bringing up the rear hahahaha.

Don this has your name all over it:)

good man, skids !! just so people know, me and Alfie are on a course so theres no fear of us hyjacking this spin ! Merry Yulemas !

Well I'm out Saturday night big time so will be missing
That could be it till next yr folks as next week away on the piste till the 2nd

Ok kiddies, make sure you wrap up warm and bring food or gels, have a good breaky RL always has a big greasy fry he swears by it!!!

I have toast with banana and nuttella, coffee and donut on the way to spin in the van, jeasus no wonder I'm the size I am, just thought I'd put that in before any of you's did......skinny cnuts!!

I'll be along,

I will have the extra club gear in the van so the people who have asked for it need to collect it from me this Sunday (or Saturday on Shona's spin)

you lads are getting it dirt cheap so i'm not going to run around trying to find you.

"Alllo the, I will have the extra club gear in the Limey blue van, so the people WHO have asked for IT need to collect it from me this Sunday!!:)
