that was deadly spin , me, Ned Flanders ( sexy Ned Flanders !) , DONK, Fanipples ( thats a Fat Mcnipples) and Homer J Simpson , the pace was relaxed until Ned Flanders ,Sexy Ned Flanders, went past me like a steam train making some horrible asthma noises and all hell broke loose, egos were smashed and all sorts of hearts broken.
Great workout..I am so glad I didnt have to cycle back to Ballinteer or Rathfarnham. We also saw Oisin on the N11 and Skippy and Dermo..zipping past, alright for Oisin, he was on his way home but the other two boys ..I wouldnt like to have to battle my way back up the N11 in that feckin wind.
I tell you something else, if Richard ever develops a set of balls, you're all fcuked. Hes bleedin flying on the tarmac !

Short, sharp and sweet! Small crew - Richie, myself, Terry McD, Smithers and DOK. From Foxrock to the Bray R'about and back to Killiney for 3 laps of the hill! Richie and Donough were really flying, Terry and Smithers were recovering from their "trips" - Terry was skiing and Smithers was just "tripping"! I get a great buzz out of these road spins - thanks lads!
P.S. After I left the lads back to Foxrock, I headed back out the N11, I'd swear I could have got all the way home without turning the crank! The wind was that strong - unbelievable sensation!

That was great, thanks lads, see some of you on Saturday for the cx and hopefully Sunday for the spin.
Well that went as I expected feckin brutal on the climbs but I don't mind it's jan the 3rd a few weeks of these spins will do me the world of good. Just under 45k tonight in 2 hrs in that wind which wasn't that bad till you had to ride into it. Enjoyed that in a weird way. Cheers guys see you Thursday

You lads looked like you were on a mission lastnite..I have been sick for the last five weeks and havent turned a feckin crank so im as weak as a kitten other than that I would have turned around and joined you.
It was pretty grim on the N11 in spots but I had to make the effort its been way to long..
