January 10th Road Spin 6.15 Foxrock Church

Now..due to huge interest and the huge numbers that are turning out on spins I have taken some peoples opinions on board ( unusual but not unheard of )
So Each Tuesday and Thursday we will meet in the one place at the one time.
6.15 Foxrock Church
Tuesdays will see a steady two abreast spin on this route for the remainder of January
Foxrock
Bray via the seafront
Up the Vevay road
Up the hill to Winegates
Down Winegates
GreyStones
Delgany
N11
and
back to Foxrock

Now this is a steady, steady session no up and overs, two abreast not 1.5 or 2.5.
thats 2 people directly in front of 2 other people.
You should be able to chat as you go along, if you can't then its too hard for you.

Good stuff, sounds like a nice route. I take it you will cut back into bray after the enniskerry juntion back in through shankill and then back out onto the N11 yesh?

no..I was thinking maybe teleprting myself to feckin Bolivia and doing intervals on that road of hell..
