Sorry graham waited till 5 past no sign so decided to push on on my own, did a full loop around howth then went to the summit and back through Sutton on the way back. It's not much fun fighting the wind on the howth road on your own should help with the legs though. Clocked up 40kms so not a bad nights cycling, the foxrock spin sounded like more fun. Gonna do this again next week so if any one on this side of the liffey is interested let me know
Sorry Ken, was 5mins late so I did a PR up the bike lane to Howth, passed a few people out on bikes, not sure if one was you?

I was only jokin I was surprised anyone else was living on the wrong side of the city and was willing to do my spin, I might have one of the brothers with me next week so if graham comes that's a gang.
