Tues 10.01.12 lambs 6.30

For those who don't have a road bike, i'll be doing a MTB spin from lambers. Choice of 3 spins tomorrow, we'll take over the world soon....We have the captial surrounded anyway, now if we just had a leader, the hard ******* type!

These spins sound great for non road bike owners like myself, i have a light ordered and it should be here in a week or 2 and ill be out then! look forward to it.

What sort of pace will this spin be? Only recently back on the bike.. But have lights etc

they are non stop for 1.5 / 2hrs, if you have been on smithers spins before, you should be ok. You have to be self sufficent.

I think I'll have to continue my own spins for a few weeks so! Not a problem on the self sufficient thing.. Thanks

I'm gonna tag along to make sure you and the culchie don't have any brokeback mountain moments ....

we are planning to leave at 6 now can you make it. I can hold on for you and intercept the others. Paddyd and colm are coming aswell.
