I'll give this a go if thats ok, I've been building a house in my spare time for the last few months so I'm a tad out of shape, don't laugh if I fall over with exhaustion!

Great spin, loved the sound system you organised at GC, some great tunes and spectators too to cheer us on! Good to see the ravers doing some cleaning up, I'm sure it won't be spotless when the leave though. First time I sat on the bike since the nationals, shamefull! Thanks folks.
