Tuesday 17th January 6.30 Foxrock church road spin

Ok, to suit a couple of people we are meeting at 6.30 at Foxrock for the Foxrock to Delgany Spin.
Now folks, we are going at a handy 25 KMH pace no more.
We will be riding in twos neatly.

Now folks..my plan today is to do 100km total, I have already done 20k into work. That means I only have 80k more to do today.
20k home and 60k spin tonight.
Who says I am too old for senior 1..

wont make it tonight - went out last night for a spin to make up for it. Only 40K but miserable compared to going out with the gang. Dont know how people go out on their own.

Great spin, great pace, perfect behaviour...great group, nice one well done, love you all, I did 110 kilotroms today..feeling very strong very happy very hungry ! what a great bunch..
I hope Alfie got his hole ripped asunder by Joe and Robin ! Well done kids..
I think I'll just have the steak raw tonight !

What is the world coming to - a completely civilised Epic road spin! Big crew, steady pace, everybody behaved! Kept waiting for the explosion but it never came! 60 kms for me. Enjoyed that, thanks!
