Now please read this carefully
We are going down via Bonos because Alexander1 tried to get killed last week at a junction
and theres just too many people turning up for these spins that are descending like maniacs.
just be aware of what you are doing.
stay together off the climbs
Attack on the climbs but use some sense.
if some one is over taking dont overtake them !
If we get to big roundabout and are heading back to shankill and we have dropped somebody
go to the little roundabout and go back out again.

I'll intend to be there early work exit permitting....promise no repeat of last weeks antics

Ok so is Bonos left turn the one we usually come up and turn right up to Killiney? Just want to make sure I have the correct turn in me head!!

yes ..just bear in mind we are avoiding the junction of death!
26kms into work this morning into a poxy headwind and trying to avoid crazy women in Opel minbuses has left me testy!!

FFS I'm going to have to start cycling in me sleep to keep up with you, Maybe just do more on Monday!!

great spin, made better by the complete lack of Smithers..some legends out tonight..some fabulous performances..in fact I thought Killiney was even more attractive without Smithers..
Kellyer, Lynchy were absolutely flying, even Rob mcAverage pace is improving, Graham toaasted me on every climb, I mean there I was pumping away up the climbs and he just breezed by me.
I'd hate to be racing senior 2 like somebody I know and be overtaken on the first lap by our savage S3 riders..
Steo is going to be the man to watch this year !
Some improvement on Carol though, she must have some exceptional coach living in her house !
The best thing about these road spins is I am absolutely dying to get out on my MTB this weekend !

who's Smithers ? is he in MAD ?
Who needs him anyway, we have Beth and Ken Farrar on our spins now and Lynchy has never ridden better !

I really love those Thursday spins! Everybody was flying .... Carol's made huge improvements over a couple of weeks! A couple of great dices with Gary Ennis and Kellyer! Beth is a class act and Jacqui too - we really have a strong bunch of ladies these days! Thanks everybody ... still buzzing!
